Cabin Card Membership Terms & Conditions

The Cabin Card is a limited membership offered by Ponfeigh Distillery for a one-time payment of $5,000. No more than 100 Cabin Cards will be issued. Membership becomes active only after Ponfeigh accepts the signed registration and payment has cleared. Payments are nonrefundable after acceptance, except as otherwise required by law. Membership does not provide ownership, equity, voting rights, profit participation, or any interest in Ponfeigh Distillery, Ponfeigh Farm, their real estate, intellectual property, or any affiliated business. Each Cabin Card is assigned to one active cardholder at a time. The active cardholder must be at least 21 years old. A Cabin Card may be transferred to an eligible family member or sold or otherwise transferred to an eligible third party. All transfers must be submitted to Ponfeigh and completed through Ponfeigh’s official transfer process. Ponfeigh may require valid identification, proof of age, transfer documentation, and payment of any reasonable administrative transfer fee before recognizing a new cardholder. Ponfeigh does not participate in private sales, guarantee the value or future marketability of any Cabin Card, or resolve disputes between buyers and sellers. Until a transfer is approved and recorded by Ponfeigh, the existing cardholder will remain the only person entitled to exercise the membership privileges. The Cabin Card hospitality benefit is available to the active cardholder and one accompanying guest during eligible visits to Ponfeigh Distillery. The benefit is limited to one complimentary standard serving, tasting, or equivalent benefit for each person per calendar day, as permitted by Ponfeigh’s license and applicable law. Both individuals must be present, at least 21 years old, and able to provide valid identification. Benefits cannot be accumulated, exchanged for cash, removed from the premises, or transferred to another person. Ponfeigh will not serve anyone who is underage, visibly intoxicated, or otherwise ineligible to receive alcohol. Alcohol-related benefits remain subject to responsible-service practices, product availability, operating hours, and all applicable laws and regulations. The Traditions Box and quilted jacket are one-time benefits provided with the original purchase of each Cabin Card. These benefits will not be reissued following a transfer. Contents, sizes, and products may be substituted when necessary with items of reasonably comparable character or value. The complimentary tattoo is optional, has no cash value, and is subject to the participating artist’s separate eligibility, scheduling, consent, and safety requirements. Unless Ponfeigh expressly provides otherwise, this benefit is available only to the original cardholder and will not be reissued following a transfer. The annual Cabin Card celebration, event discounts, and opportunities to participate in single-barrel selections are subject to scheduling, availability, capacity, and the terms announced for each event or selection. One complimentary bottle from the annual single-barrel selection is included. Any additional bottles are not included unless specifically stated otherwise. The Cabin Card is intended to continue through successive generations and approved transfers for as long as Ponfeigh Distillery, or a lawful successor, operates the Cabin Card program and is legally permitted to provide its benefits. Ponfeigh may make reasonable changes required by law, licensing, insurance, safety, product availability, or business operations. Membership privileges may be suspended or terminated for fraud, an unauthorized or fraudulent transfer, misuse of the Cabin Card, unsafe or disruptive behavior, or violation of applicable law or Ponfeigh policies.
