A limited release of our signature brand, taken to the next level by finishing our 5 year old rye whiskey for 9 months in a maple syrup barrel. Our Westsylvania Rye is known for its maple sweetness, big grain flavor, and a lingering baking spice finish. Our friends at Baer Bros. Maple Camp aged their maple syrup in one of our rye whiskey barrels, and after they emptied it, we filled it back up with some of our 5 year old rye whiskey. The finished whiskey has a decadent maple sweetness and an elevated oak profile, perfectly balanced by rye spice notes of nutmeg and cinnamon, creating a creamy mouthfeel and a long warm finish that will have you savoring every last drop.
