Finished in our Rye Barrels with the addition of Amburana Oak.  This Brazilian Oak imparts a creamy cinnamon vanilla flavor that is a unique and delicious addition to the sweetness of the rum, the spice of the Rye, and the subtle caramel oakiness from the barrel. This rum makes for a delicious straight pour, and it can elevate any cocktail, from a simple rum and coke to a hot buttered rum or a pina colada.
