A version of our Signature Brand, Westsylvania Rye, that has been blended to 90-proof with pure water. Our Master Blender chooses barrels with the most pronounced oak and spice character to be released as our 90-proof whiskey. Lowering the proof of the spirit opens up flavors, making for a completely new dram of whiskey. The buttery sweetness is more prominent and the nuanced character of the spice and oak is spread out on the palette to make for an easily appreciable whiskey.
