Maryland Rye is a smoother and less spicey whiskey that is traditionally made of many different combinations of grains but always predominantly with rye. Our mash bill adheres to the historic roots of this whiskey by adding 30% corn to the mash bill along with our rye and malted barley. Maryland Rye Whiskey makes for an exceptionally well-balanced spirit with notes of oak and dried fruit while the caramel sweetness imparted by the oak and corn rounds out the rye spice.  This whiskey will delight all whiskey drinkers, especially appealing to those more familiar with bourbon.
